I’m 70 years old, and for almost 20 years hot yoga has benefited my physical and mental well-being. I retired five years ago, and now I go almost five times a week. I consider Hot Yoga to be my “Happy Place” and I feel relaxed and at home in the studio. It doesn’t matter your level, the instructors are great and create a positive atmosphere that makes you feel welcome and the classes enjoyable. I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a class.
